We stellen vast dat vermarkting een trend is die voorkomt in vele Westerse welvaartsstaten. We zoomen in op de privatisering in de zorgsector, hulpverlening aan kwetsbare doelgroepen en activering. De lezing geeft een overzicht van de normatieve concepten onderliggend aan de vermarkting en ervaringen met vermarktingen in enkele Westerse welvaartsstaten.(taal lezing: Engels)
Na de lezing is er tijd voor debat. Chris Truyens (Samenlevingsopbouw Vlaanderen) en Eva Mangelschots (CAW Antwerpen) geven een reflectie over vermarkting in Antwerpen. Ook het publiek krijgt de kans om vragen te stellen.
Over de spreker
Ingo Bode is a full professor for social policy, society and organization in the Department of Social
Policy, Law and Sociology of the Faculty of Human Sciences at the University of Kassel. His areas of work are the comparative analysis of welfare systems as well as organization studies in the social and healthcare sector.
